i installed joomla locally on laptop, created database , started work on website. laptop had accident , have new laptop , have reinstalled joomla on this. i took image of laptop shortly before accident did not joomla database backup. is there place can find joomla database within image. i have looked , searched through posts nothing mentioned based upon need know. thanks i use wamp on pc local development. database stored under c:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.0.51b\data. also, under directory there folder each of database created. so, directory mysql installed. under should database. i followed tutorial on video copilot on creating dvd menus using after effects , encore. tutorial shows how create menu 2 pages, 2 menu s, not menu plus pages. anyway, first, "main menu" works fine, buttons work, loops , goes it's supposed to. if click on button go "feature presentation" works fine, , if click on link second menu, "scene selection" menu, goes it, none of buttons show up; not video buttons or text button take me main menu.   also, doesn't loop, runs end , goes main menu. it's background video , nothing else, it's not menu (it is, though). in menu window in encore can see video buttons (all assigned proper links) , mouseover button "main menu" button.   any ideas? i've got working except that, , i'd love first project ever done with. in advance. can post link tutorial on video co-pilot? missing it, or implementation of it.   good luck,   hunt More discussions in Encore adobe

i'm trying install ubuntu alongside windows 7 on machine, , having difficulty doing so. upon initial boot of livecd, says installer has encountered unrecognized error , goes straight desktop environment. there, can restart installer fine here trouble starts. currently, have 2tb raid 0 array utilizing 4 500gb seagate barracuda sata ii drives. controller nforce 780a nvraid. have 2 ntfs partitions windows. 1 150gb primary partition c:, , 781gb d: storage of games, music , movies. when try manually setup partitions in ubuntu installer, this. - 200mb ext2 primary partition /boot - 150gb xfs logical partition / - approx 750gb xfs logical partition /home (you've figured out i'm following same c: , d: scheme in windows) - 8192 mb partition swap proceed install. see progress bar complete boot partition, @ 7% / stops , gives message saying partition creation has failed. tried using different filesystems reiserfs , ext4. same thing

hi, hope i'm posting in right forum. wasn't sure if question should go here or in administration forum. i have installed joomla! 1.5.14 stable on windows vista machine, using wampserver 2.0. followed installation instructions, including installing sample data. installation successful, , can run both front end , end guis. in trying use administration gui, though, on of manager screens (menu manager, module manager, etc), don't have checkbox next of detail entries. so, i'm unable select items publish or unpublish, example. there's checkbox in column header, there no checkboxes in details lines. attached jpg shows example of module manager page. 2nd column left i'm referring to. i've checked directory permissions in system info section of help, , directories writable. can add new article , have appear on front end. but, i'm not able multi-select items in category module manager enable/disable. where can try , correct problem? tia! i've seen

everyone have serious problem. upgraded flash player on mac runs snow leopard latest version mac ox x 10.6.4 kernel version darwin 10.4.0 , no 64-bit kernel , extension.   i have no sound. player refuses play sound. sound works on every other program , plug-in on mac except flash. driving me wall. please me telling me how sound can watch youtube , continue flash video editing.   by way have reinstalled flash on mac 20 times , has not worked. have restarted many times , has not worked. please provide me alternative way flash work on mac.   thank-you hi, don't work mac, can tell has video issues 10.1 has been advised do. go youtube , video starts, right click on see display setting. want turn off hardware acceleration. updating graphic , video drivers latest version. these 3 things have been helpful. whether affect audio, don't know.   now in pc when there audio issue, services have been turned off , turning them on or turning off , restarting has solved it.   hopefully helper
