just tested, works on ubuntu 10.10 maverick meerkat well. have had google search able install php-gtk completely, , i'm going correlate how-to here. hope helps. first, need install prerequisites installing php-gtk: code: sudo apt-get install build-essential subversion php5-cli php5-dev libgtk2.0-dev libglade2-dev then need cairo php extension (required install php-gtk): code: cd ~/downloads svn co http://svn.php.net/repository/pecl/cairo/trunk pecl-cairo cd pecl-cairo phpize ./configure make sudo make install then need following step in order ./buildconf , ./configure commands work when we're @ stage of installing php-gtk, reason (according others), newer libtool.m4 has been split different files. make php-gtk ./buildconf , ./configure work (and subsequently php-gtk installed), need concatenate different files libtool. code: cd /usr/share/aclocal sudo cp libtool.m4 libtool.m4~backup sudo chmod 777 libtool.m4

i running ubuntu 10.04 netbook on thinkpad t23 1.13ghz p iii, 768mb ram, , 30gb hard drive. install worked okay, went smoothly , seems work. however, since booted live cd now, whenever open window, automatically minimizes taskbar again. program window stay open maybe 3 seconds, less. i've looked around possibles causes, , haven't heard of happening before. appreciated. i have been using pse6 years , when open raw image file displayed reds blocking "hot" white spaces - i.e., sunny backgrounds or lit sides of faces, etc.  don't recall doing settings, etc., , can't seem rectify problem. have ideas?  suggestions appreciated. that's clipping mask shows areas blown out--no information. it's guide can see how need reduce exposure, brightness, etc bring them back. if bothers you, can toggle clicking triangles above ends of histogram.   edit clipped shadows show blue areas. hi guy i've bought cs5. i'm half way through project on another, non-adobe, editing programme i'm thinking of re-creating in pr. project straight forward involves editing several hours of event (filmed using sony z1e). far i've captured half of clips (mpg2) z1 using other capture programme.   my question face quality mismatch if use clips captured using other programme clips i'm capture using pr or best go begining , re-capture clips using pr (which few hours work)?   i've used pr cs4 several times , got on pretty well, don't think i'll have big learning curve particular project (famous last words).   any advice welcome.   regards, graham not knowing program used capture, can't sure, can import footage. capturing digital transfer of data , not change anything. try sure, guess importing work. is there elegant way listen events swfs being played in osmf player swfelements? i wouldnt elegant have been having issues gaining direct access swf's loaded in via osmf. have done setups dispatch event swf , have bubble , catch on mediacontainer level. not elegant works- otherwise may need make custom mediaelement , bypass swfelement gain tighter control - seems there should better way, havnt found it. hello:   i'm working on children's book made out of photographic images simple texts on top. size of every page 23 x 23 cm, 0,7 cm bleed on borders. means normal spread of 2 pages 47,4 cm x 24,4 cm.   now problem i'm confronting following:   there 2 spreads should have 11,5 cm "page" (included in spread) printed in such way child able fold , unfold it. (one spread backside of other one, division line of foldable area should coincide on both spreads, 1 on left of 1 spread, 1 on right of backside of spread). these 2 spreads made out of 2 23 x 23 cm pages, plus 11,5 cm page (the area folded or unfolded) + bleeds. question is: how create such spread in id? in other words, , unlike other spreads, there 1 division line in middle between 2 23 x 23 cm pages, need create spread 2 division lines: 1 between 2 23 cm pages, , 1 marks end of 1 of 2 23 cm pages , start of 11,5 cm page. so, altogether, seen in landscape view, have 1 spread is:   0,7 cm bleed + 23 cm page [divisio

hello, using nvidia's 256.44 drivers 8600 gt, xserver 1.7.6 (that's know nvidia-settings, if there's better way know version of x running, please tell), on patched x86_64 2.6.34 kernel. have used pc 1 , half hour , x.org process has used third of gig of ram. the problem 256.44 drivers. installed 256.35 (non-beta) drivers, , work charm. when import photos elements 8 organizer using photo downloader windows xp prompt, photos open in window includes photos and, when i'm done adding categories, editing, etc., click on show , window opens complete collection. however, when use ctrl-g (or file:get photos , video:from camera or card reader) imports photos complete collection , have search untagged photos them gathered tag, etc. there way can fix getting photos using ctrl-g opens same using photo downloader?
