i bought educational version of acrobat 9 pro, , on insert accompanies dvd, says submit verification information serial number. says doesn't need done 30 days, that's free trial period.   as see in image, software setup page asks choice between entering serial number or taking "free 30 days." whether visible here or not, trial-basis option grayed out , cannot clicked. clicking else gives error. so, software won't finish setting in order try it!   any ideas, please?!?  many thanks. have used trial before? if so, you're done , won't allowed.   if not, keep in mind installation support free adobe may want call them , serial number if don't have one.   did buy application adobe?
