Merging Lr2 legacy catalog with LR3 beta into LR3

my lr3 beta catalog opened without problem in lr3 , established default catalog .   lr2 legacy catalog selected thru specifying lr2 catalog , updated work in lr3.  either catalog can used in lr3 calling when launching application. 

 

but have merged catalog can use lr multiyear collections ...like selects paris.  created new merged catalog , imported lr3 beta catalog worked .  repeated effort lr2 legacy catalog , bombed after 10 minutes no error. 

 

the merged catalog contained lr3  .lrcat  , adding lr2 legacy   .lrcat .   believe read if have items in both catalogs create conflict ...like 2 folders same name. 

 

looking way around or @ least find conflict? 

to merge 2 catalogs, pick one, open it, select file>import catalog menu option , follow instructions given on dialog. screen shot shown below provided example. note unchecked folders in list contain files exist in host catalog , therefore excluded in particular case.

cf_sql_integer vs cf_sql_bigint vs cf_sql_int??

i have id (primary key) set bigint in sql server. have query following: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_integer" value="#url.id#"> i got invalid data type it. tried: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_bigint" value="#url.id#"> i still got invalid data type it. tried: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_int" value="#url.id#"> and worked. the weird thing cf_sql_int not listed being accepted: http://www.adobe.com/livedocs/coldfusion/5.0/cfml_reference/tags79.htm can explain me. > whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_bigint" value="#url.id#"> what value of #url.id#? had no problems either using cf8. > weird thing cf_sql_int not listed being accepted: iirc, when pass in invalid sql type cf uses default: cf_sql_char, accepts anything. ms sql implicit convert() right type , why works.
