problem with mouse when using adjustment brush

hi,

 

the problem mouse, when using adjustment brush in lightroom, started after installed new harddisk (the previous 1 crashed). when use adjustment brush, brush not displayed when change size of brush. there 4 small brushes displayed , strange cross displayed. 1 of brushes active. can't show images of problem because when use print screen button brush changes normal moment. rest of lightroom works great, never had problem. worked under vista , windows 7 before.

 

i uninstalled , installedlightroom several times, still same problem. occurs other applications phase 1 capture pro.

 

any suggestion welcome solve problem, please help!
