Why don't our links work in browser based help?

we using rh8, windows 7 , outputting browser based air help.

 

we cannot our links work in browser based air help. these links between projects. links within projects work fine.

we output our , worked fine on our test system. tested on system , worked fine.

however, when attached our application, links between projects did not work.

 

we think might have address, looks this

http://199.166.111.177/smartc/smartsol/mgproj/ etc. etc.

when set links set this

../../../smartc/smartsol/mgproj/ etc. etc.

we thinking might problem.

our question - there universal naming convention allow publish our anywhere.

we don't put our on server , have people access way. provide file , let user put anywhere want.

i may not saying correctly.

any appreciated.

browser based air meant on server supplying end users can locate anywhere? perhaps mean supply system admin put on server users?

 

as links having server address, robohelp not able add is?

 

it important relative path when files on final location remain when created them. needs checking.

cf_sql_integer vs cf_sql_bigint vs cf_sql_int??

i have id (primary key) set bigint in sql server. have query following: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_integer" value="#url.id#"> i got invalid data type it. tried: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_bigint" value="#url.id#"> i still got invalid data type it. tried: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_int" value="#url.id#"> and worked. the weird thing cf_sql_int not listed being accepted: http://www.adobe.com/livedocs/coldfusion/5.0/cfml_reference/tags79.htm can explain me. > whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_bigint" value="#url.id#"> what value of #url.id#? had no problems either using cf8. > weird thing cf_sql_int not listed being accepted: iirc, when pass in invalid sql type cf uses default: cf_sql_char, accepts anything. ms sql implicit convert() right type , why works.
