continuing footnotes

i working a large document footnotes , have started first chapter.

each chapter has set of footnotes on chapter pages.

i have entered footnotes, reset on each page, on first page there footnotes 1-6 , next page should start 7 etc, starts 1 again

i have changed setting , made sure starts 1, , 'restart numbering' unchecked.

 

i think simple , driving me nuts trying figure out

 

please please !!

are frames threaded? don't lot of footnotes, i'm pretty sure reset each story.

cf_sql_integer vs cf_sql_bigint vs cf_sql_int??
