How to determine if a function exists?

within coldfusion 9 function contained in .cfc file, need way determine if given function exists (or not) in different .cfc file.

 

how do this?

have @ getmetadata() or getcomponentmetadata().

 

or if have instance of cfc hand, structkeyexists() , iscustomfunction() should trick.
