Way to stop window from resizing when zooming?

hi there.

 

is there way stop window resiging when zooming in/out of photoshop documents?

 

what seems happen me, like, hundreds of times day window keeps resizing when zoom in , out , of goes behind palettes. drag resize handle shrink window have resize again next time zoom in or out.

 

i couldn't find preference this. when used work in photoshop windows have sworn window never changed size unless resized it...

preferences > general > zoom resizes windows.

How to update nested ListCollectionViews?
