Uninstall Flash Player Error 2753

dear all,

 

i have problem when try uninstall flash player on windows xp.

 

the case when open web site flash player object. flash object cannot showed.

after that, go control penal -> add , remove program , try uninstall flash player. however,

i see 2 flash player programs on list. then, click on remove button uninstall 1 one,

but 1 of flash player cannot uninstalled. shows following error message.

 

error 2753. file "installax.exe" not marked .....

 

can tell me poblem?

and how remove it?

 

os: windows xp sp3

flash player: 10.0.45.2

use uninstaller http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html

 

make sure no browser windows open when running uninstaller.
