After latest update, Flash crashes PC

hi there,

 

last week working fine on pc  (running microsoft xp pro sp3).. youtube, world cup live feeds cbc.ca, etc.

 


i prompted download latest flash update, , anytime try run video in youtube (or anywhere else) causes entire pc crash.  have reboot entire machine.  on youtube video play couple of moments, , video lock audio continue streaming couple of moments, locks too.

 

i encountered issue in both mozilla firefox , google chrome.  internet explorer worked fine. upon second attempted download, ie has stopped working!

hi, many users experiencing same thing. uninstalling , going previous version. others trying make adjustments on following.

 

 

now 10.1 has hardware acceleration feature many users turning off (it's on default) , finding helps. may want try that. being recommended update graphic , video drivers latest versions. 3 things have helped. thread has info on hardware acceleration, screenshot of display setting , @ post#16 how that.

firefox has updated browser 3.6.6(as of 6/26), have done yet? know if flash player installed in firefox/chrome?

 

 

we may need check flash files see installed.

hi troops,   my application has core set of items (e.g. products), gets passed between various view layers. each layer wraps given input list in listcollectionview, , adds own sorting , filtering.   that way might have construct similar to   new listcollectionview(new listcollectionview(new arraycollection()))   but, of course, sorting/filtering added on each level.   now when call itemupdated() on root arraycollection, change not propagate hierarchy of lists.   it seems each wrapping, have call itemupdated(), such as:   ac.itemupdated(product); ac.itemupdated(product);   to make top-most listcollectionview update. single call not trick.   debugging code gave me insight initial collectionevent.update event ac converted move event listcollectionview. second call makes lcv realize item wouldn't move anymore , not convert event, next lcv can item-moved update of localindex.   yes, yes, complicated. feedback welcome, of course for single o...
