Text Direction in DropDowns

flashbuilder updated 4.1sdk.  after doing rebuild text in of dropdowns (menus, combo boxes, etc) displayed backwards if reading in mirror.  went settings compiler , told use 4.0 sdk, rebuilt , dropdowns normal.

 

am crazy or there bug or setting need set if using 4.1 sdk?

more information: appears related new mirror layout in 4.1. need use 3 compatibility settings , doesn't allow setting of use flash text engine setting on compiler tab.  i'm guessing problem affects developers have setup.

Flash Builder 4 - Debugger fails to connect

i've looked @ various other threads no luck far. i'm using flash builder 4 , flex api 4 , until yesterday - i.e. run app in debug mode. somehow today things stopped working. not sure why - didn't tweak in flash builder's options. when launching app (most complicated simplest) status bar telling me   launching: waiting adobe flash player connect debugger   that gets stuck @ 57%. after few minutes   failed connect; session timed out. ensure that:   1. compiled flash application debugging on.   2. running debugger version of flash player.   i'm using chrome on windows 7. need debug.   thank help. it happens many time ...but can solve in 3 ways   1) clean project , try.   2) close flex builder , reopen it. try it...if doesn't work go 3 option   2) change workspace , import project in or best create new 1 , make changes in it...     sometimes workspace corrupted , happens...   if post answers question or helps, please kindly ...

Blank pages again for IE7 and IE6

i had issue last week , normal yesterday. today have blank pages again ie7 , ie6 testing page in browserlab.   any solution or explanation that? hi 12jutta34,   we looking issue.  appears specific web server, don't have root cause established @ point.  if have domain pointed @ server or can test using servers ip address, may change behavior.  i'll post update when have more information.   thanks patience!   regards, josh More discussions in Adobe Story adobe
