Converting Multiple Raw Files To Jpeg

i have canon raw files convert jpegs. appears obvious. go "files>process multiple files", activate "convert files to: jpeg high quality". have destination folder defined subfolder of source folder , "include subfolders" deactivated. when start process pse opens first image , asks me in dialogue box want save psd file. of course not looking save psd file hit cancel pse asks me if want end processing process. if have have convert jpeg deactivated pse go through routine of creating psd files in subfolder, catch don't want psd files.

probably because camera raw opening files 16 bits and

jpeg not support 16 bits.

 

 

try opening camera raw image , in camera raw dialog and

change output 8 bits , click open image.

(in lower left or middle bottom of camera raw dialog change 16 8 bits)

 

now close image.

 

try process multiple files again.
