hey, need change keyboard layout, not between dvorak , qwerty etc, need customise keys
keys dont work
need change left shift left control
, change ` tab

you can edit keyboard layouts in system -> preferences -> keyboard.

keyboard shortcuts can modified in system -> preferences -> keyboard shortcuts.

remap keys, can use xmodmap:

there graphical program can install ubuntu software centre called xkeycaps
