hi lilespo,

have nice enough system running wow nice fps except 1 thing... intel video card what's letting down. extensive research won't better performance while using intel gpu. system running wow beautifully nvidia 9600gt, believe ati cards run wow under ubunto 10.04.
if decide upgrade gpu (intel graphics card) suggest using nvidia seem have best opengl supported drivers ubuntu. also, when (if) upgrade card need edit config.wtf file located in wow wtf folder, , add line...
code:
set gxapi "opengl"
... force wow play under opengl (directx wont cut under ubuntu).

hope post sees in health , can solve problems , start playing wow intended.

cheers.
