Thread: time-tracking tool for LXDE / LXpanel / Lubuntu ?

i looking simple time-tracking tool used in lubuntu (or lxde without gnome-panel in general) applet or application minimized in tray. found far:
  • hamster-applet - without gnome-pannel can run in standalone window without icon on panel or tray.
  • gnotime - used before , not it, interface unintuitive
  • gtimelog - nice&small, not idea write done afterwards. not mature yet. maybe give try.

heavyweight, java-based (like rachota) or online tools (even if run on local web server) not me. lot suggestions.

i use xubuntu 10.04 hamster time tracking. able enable hamster applet on panel installed xfce4-xfapplet-plugin package. not know lubuntu solved issue me in xubuntu.

know not solution seek can try use gnome-panel explained here if possible in lubuntu.

again not answer question alternative coming mind using grindstone2 wine.
