Media Encoder will not open in windows 7


i had lot of problems premiere pro cs4 after loaded on new system windows 7.

after got working burned blue-ray using encore , worked ok.

 

i'm using windows 7 lastest updates , computer has latest drivers.

 

today have  been trying save avi file disk using media encoder. when export timeline create avi get:

what other programs/processes have running? memory address errors, 1 of first places check whether have process, might reporting memory addresses os incorrectly, or telling os has released addresses, when has not. msconfig, or task manager>processes can tell you, can processexplorer. not sure these utilities might reside in win7, or if names might have changed.

 

now, watchfolder.dll, has become corrupted. if case, perhaps repair install fix/replace it. not have cs4, hence question: .dll ame? others know off top of heads, not. thanks.
