i know possible windows question, rather bridge 1 when installed cs4 vaguely remember getting option of specifying filetypes on windows (7) assocaited program.  associate adobe file types bridge.  i've installed cs5, still assocated bridge cs4.   anyone know quick way of changing bridge cs5?   (i'm on win7 x64) go edit/pref/file type associations.     might try radio button on bottom first. hi,   i installed following:   air runtime android 2.1 on htc evo phone air android extension on flash cs5   then built simple, 1-frame application nothing rounded box , stop() in frame 1.  specified 48x48 icon when publishing.   my app runs fine when tested flash cs5 , seems publish fine phone.  when launched phone, shows blank screen (black background, specified in flash file).  don't see box.  tried replacing box other graphics (image, other shapes), still got blank screen.   any ideas what's wrong?   air prompted me license acceptance dialog first time ran app.   thanks in advance inputs. after upgrading new kernel (via official update ubuntu) today, computer no longer boot properly. after rebooting apply update, system ran scheduled disk check (i think it's set every 30 mounts or that). errors found and, message said, "[pressed] f attempt fix errors." fixed. re-checking in knoppix reveals file system clean , is, in fact, mounted post. after leaving computer alone while check, seems had rebooted without intervention. it's laptop on ac power , full battery ruled out power interruption, screen says: code: booting [my hd's uuid]... starting up... uncompression error --system halted i figure "ok, new kernel has issue, i'll boot 1 of backups." boot 2 previous versions (2.6.32-23 , 2.6.32-22) , both error out kernel panic , complains: code: kernel panic - not syncing: vfs: unable mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0). so i'm stuck prospect of backing of data (a lot) , returning computer factory set

i'm running ubuntu 9.10 powerpc on ibook g4, , i'm trying install program called sdlmame on it. assumed because i'm running on powerpc have compile myself. downloaded 9.10 version of it, put in usr/local/src , extracted it. extracted seperate folder named debian, i'm not sure if thats correct or not. i've installed libraries stated here : code: sudo apt-get install build-essential libsdl1.2-dev libgtk2.0-dev libxinerama-dev libgconf2-dev when run cd /usr/local/src , ./config error "no such file or directory found". when run make error "no targets specified , no makefile found" same thing when use /usr/local/src/debian or paste files debian src. there i'm doing wrong? hi,   i've been experiencing real slowdown in lr3's performance in library module while rate photos in loupe view. can directly relate amount of memory lr3 taking flag photos (x) reject them.   using process explorer , rammap (from mark russinovich), can see physical memory (4gb) maxxed out, hanging around 98 99% used, , when hits 100% it's reeeaalllyyy slow ...(no surprise there!)   it seems flagging pictures takes lot of memory, lr3 taking 2.5gb (private) on 4gb system when rating, dropping down 1.2gb when go develop module (e.g. bringing commit usage down 4gb, , physical usage 2.5+))   this making workflow suffer, , hope mad 3.1 out lr3 bit more polite memory usage in w7x64!   snapshots of memory usage available on request! sounds same problem described here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2883143#2883143   i contacted adobe-support problem , asked lightroom-database. unfortunately didn't receive answer yet. hi,   i playing around adobe premiere pro cs5.   i made custom sequence , got video file need resized sequence. when add timeline, of course, video displayed on sequence. when try resize video fit sequence, whole frame size gets resized. i mean, wanted resize horizontal dimension of video, when try it, whole video gets resized original aspect ratio.   so how do it? mean, just resizing horizontal/ dimension of video on sequence fit?   ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ -------------------------- sorry if can't make clear want ask, cuz' explain'er.. hi, need installation usb ubuntu. downloaded iso. have opensuse systems available create usb , 1g stick. so: used code: isohybrid /pathtoiso/ubuntusomething.iso which gives me following error: code: ubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso: bootloader not have isolinux.bin hybrid signature.note isolinux-debug.bin not support hybrid booting. i have used command before other isos. decided skip step , dd usb, of course, not bootable. right now, redownloading iso, perhaps download error. other suggestions? don't have of suggested os's @ disposal (win, mac, ub) i suggest reading through documentation there several supported methods: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/in...n/fromusbstick believe unetbootin distro-agnostic (i.e. can used in opensuse create ubuntu live usb) , user-friendly.
