Thread: how to control upstart?

is there script or application tell me services start on boot , change them?

can find little documentation , can find doesn't make lot of sense me.

have asked question dozen times on irc channel , every time tells me rtfm - , there no "fm" read.

there still runlevels though ubuntu doesn't use them, , there still /etc/init.d /etc/init - intersection, why services started old sysv not upstart , vice versa , happens if change something?

here manual

if want sure not going mess things practice in virtual machine or back-up /etc/init folders. haven't read manual, skimmed first page.. tells how manage jobs , set own up. think not programs have been/at present can set use upstart... hence 2 options runnign side side
