Multiple forms on same page with different Send Email behaviours

hope can - have requirement set little form each contact on page here :

so each judge, little form name, email address , message.

 

i've set test page here :

 

http://www.goodsafariguide.com/dbtest.php

 

...with 2 forms, independent validation....

 

but how can set different emails sent depending on form submitted?

you better off creating forms independantly addt obvious reasons. there plethora of turorials this. if have different action page each form, able place customized actions there.

the action page 1 form can be

and other
