Cannot open email attachments that are .msg files from a PDF portfolio

i have been creating

pdf portifolios comprised of emails , attachments. when open .xls, .doc, .txt, .html attached messages open fine. when try open attached .msg file, error message file cannot read or it damaged. please advise need able open these files

or, tell person sending email need use different format can open
