CS5 "Not enough scratch memory available" error when there's plenty of it.

illustrator cs5 throws error:

adobe save web ai error

could not complete operation. there not enough scratch memory available.

---------------------------

 

when trying save web. content has lot of linked images, around 1000x1000 px each, used clipping masks, drop shadows , glows @ 300dpi.

 

i realize might hard flatten jpeg , i'd fine long processing times (which get) out of memory?.. here's config:

 

illustrator cs5

windows 7 x64 ultimate

intel core i7 920

6gb ram

total pagefile size: 24gb.

primary scratch disk - 155gb free.

secondary scratch disk - 544gb free.

 

those gigabytes, not megabytes, no mistake. there's no way there's not enough scratch memory available.

 

and how process looks:

physical memory usage @ point 62%, commit charge - 15%.

 

currently, can work around making screenshot of "original" tab in save web dialogue when it's there - because it's pink-filled window.

 

so, adobe, suggestions, please?

sorry wrong 24 gb file page size immense ai describe think ai not open file.

 

you're shooting save web , why need 300ppi images.

 

i illustrator working design , if 1 considered have limited resources work on such huge file expected.

 

you not have enough resources need large , powerful raid 0 scratch.

cf_sql_integer vs cf_sql_bigint vs cf_sql_int??
