why there no "help" (f1) file; reader 9.3, winxp home 32bit?

i updated reader version 8.xx latest version offered, version 9.3 today (july 2, 2010). installation program reported "installation completed successfully," wrong.

there no file (f1) in version!

after click on "help" or press f1, adobe reader ver 9.3 goes online, following dead link.
