yeah, reluctant this, getting bit disheartened upgrade lr3. big fan (by mean $upporter) of adobe more years care remember, , boy, going on qa lately? seems ps cs5, flash 10 (i decided try , avoid), lr3 @ least have several issues.   adobe: let me continue trusting quality of products!   besides many lr3 issues people (and well) have been referring here, found 1 quite bothersome - started new catalog slide scans, , imported several folders. 2 of these folders contain same files, scanned differently. named same, live in different folders.   i went thru them, sorted name, lr3 showed scans in correct position in gallery. marked 1 of each pair rejected (x), went photo > delete rejected photos...   i pressed delete disk, went folders in disk confirm. surprise, of duplicate scans still there, not trashed or in trash.   they gone catalog, though.   me not likee this.   mike maybe hit remove catalog mistake... hi everyone,   i'm having problem premiere's cs5 "replace after effects composition" command. every time try doing new comp made in after effects no files screen black without content.   then video in premiere dissapears , "file" in timeline turns pink color.   any ideas whats going on here? in advance. here looks like, ypu can see in pic 1 have clip in premiere, pic 2 shows linked comp in ae no imported files , pic 3 linked comp in premiere in pink color. thanks! ok have 2 sites both same joomla 1.5.13 running, issue when log in admin , add article on 1 site have @ bottom of page- 4 options, image, pagebreak, readmore, , toggle editor. on other site have image, pagebreak, & readmore there no toggle editor in place located on other site. have tinymce default wysiwyg editor in global configuration also. have created both sites @ same time identical cant' find out why not populating on 1 page , not on other site running same 1.5.13 update ( have screenshots of 2 sites showing issue) can please me understand i'm not doing/or whatever. tried asking friend , said re-install whole thing avoiding converwtaion didn't want me know answer? please community (screenshots available upon request) try using different editor see if problem persists. suggest using jce @ http://www.joomlacontenteditor.net Board index Joomla! hi, i'm new ubuntu 10.04. whenever plug in earphones or 3.5 mm jack, there no sound whatsoever. when take earphones out, sound plays fine through internal speakers. have gateway m6850fx. specs here: http://support.gateway.com/s/mobile/...5363rsp8.shtml have 2 high definition audio devices. on ubuntu, messed around audio settings through pulse audio clicking top right speaker icon. made sure nothing on mute , devices activated. installed gnome-alsamixer , messed around configurations well. headphone volume put on max , still did not hear anything. i've tried researching online , not find useful. appreciated. this might sound stupid, i'm not expert , no 1 else has responded you: have checked make sure headphones work and/or plugging them in correctly? sorry if doesnt help. hello,   i made template page using layout of 1 column fixed, centered, header , footer.  then made header , content areas editable regions.  left footer locked region.  now whenever make page based upon template, can not change of css of the regions - not unlocked regions.  how make css editable region can change the backgrounds, fonts, etc. of header , content regions without changing them using the template page? is css embedded in head of template page?  within editable region there called "head"?   if answer first question no, should able edit of css.  i'm guessing answer yes.   if answer first question yes, , answer second question no, should export css external file using dreamweaver's export rules capability.  when save template page, new css file link propagated child pages.  should able freely edit of css contained in file.  alternatively, can move embedded css editable region in head of template page.  since it's in editable region, change propagate c

hi. it works took me fair bit of time work. to start defaults trying read date cb_birthdays. couldn't find field in installation of community builder forced create 1 called cb_dateofbirth. i amended configuration in dbirthdays module parameters points field in database. i did not display apart "no birthdays coming soon...". after stewing on quite time noticed default table names #__comprofiler , #__user had 2 underscores. im not sure if right removed underscores each of these , changed prefix jos_ , seemed work. i attempted prevent users age displaying. the author states... you can rich modify output of module changing translation ini-file , setting date format parameter. for case solution set date format "%a %b %e" , use in ini-file "%1$s — %4$s" output. this not helpful of advise. however, english language ini files located in languages folder on server , file want open called en-gb.mod_dbirthdays. what did stop displaying age remove &

i've installed edubuntu 10.04 ltsp running fat-clients , thin-clients. problem fat-clients don't use settings user profile editor thin-clients do. itsp fat-client server default, put ltsp_fatclient=false in lts.conf file specific mac addresses want run thin-clients. thing can think of install sabayon in chroot directory. guess thin-clients running on root directory , fat-clients running on chroot directory, want input before do. other option add additional information lts.conf file don't know entail. https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ubuntultsp/fatclients (under troubleshoot) ssh_follow_symlinks=false required in lts.conf. install nfs-client in chroot, install nfs-kernel-server on server, add /home *(rw,sync,no_subtree_check) /etc/exports on server, run sudo exportfs -ra previous change take effect, and finally, add nfs_home=/home on lts.conf. solved problem.

i installed flash cs5 on mac os x 10.5.8 the operating system in english, use turkish keyboard it, because can touch type on tr keyboard. everything works fine in flash cs5 turkish keyboard, except when use keyboard shortcut (like command+c or command+f) in actions panel, keyboard behaves if set british. happens in actions panel, everywhere else in software keyboard shortcuts work expected.   does else have similar problem? , know solution this?   cheers. folks,   we have working ci system using binaries fu4.0 development snapshots.  when last checked releases page, saw 4.0 stable out, 4.1 beta 1 , 2.  testers within company requesting 4.1 beta 2, thought see if move our binaries directly level. able try out 4.1 b2 ci functionality on windows xp machine, after few attempts... (i saw weird failures @ first).  had installed flash player 10, , had made file type assocation necessary ant task able invoke player.  so, figured replace fu binaries upgrade.  did that, , testbed went working broken. failures seemed point local trusted file not being available. not sure why have been problem, kept trying different things hoping work.  not sure how got working, recall copying 4.1b2 binaries place (replacing older 4.0 dev snapshots), deleting flexunit.cfg file under c:\winnt\system32\macromed\flash\flashplayertrust, , rebooting machine.   i thought weird issues had seen fluke.i not think true...   after getting 4.1 b2 work on winxp desktop, thought
