Should cross-references be removed before creating a PDF form in Acrobat?

hello,

 

i learning how create forms using acrobat 8.0 professional. started off appendix of worksheets created in framemaker include numerous cross-references. when saved appendix pdf , started adding form fields in acrobat, set tab order manually form fields. however, when preview form , press tab key jump each form field, tab order continues on (after form fields) jump each cross-reference on page.

 

should remove cross-references original worksheets before saving pdf , adding form fields in acrobat? (or there workaround this?)

to avoid cross-reference issue, can print new pdf rather process used. might able print new pdf , use document>replace pages replace pdf info, retain form fields, , possibly remove links. however, if created form designer, may not able these steps.

cf_sql_integer vs cf_sql_bigint vs cf_sql_int??

i have id (primary key) set bigint in sql server. have query following: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_integer" value="#url.id#"> i got invalid data type it. tried: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_bigint" value="#url.id#"> i still got invalid data type it. tried: where whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_int" value="#url.id#"> and worked. the weird thing cf_sql_int not listed being accepted: http://www.adobe.com/livedocs/coldfusion/5.0/cfml_reference/tags79.htm can explain me. > whateverid = <cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_bigint" value="#url.id#"> what value of #url.id#? had no problems either using cf8. > weird thing cf_sql_int not listed being accepted: iirc, when pass in invalid sql type cf uses default: cf_sql_char, accepts anything. ms sql implicit convert() right type , why works.
