Cannot install Componets; Can I manually (ftp) install? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,

i'm new joomla user , need help, please.

when using extension manager upload components, consistently following error:

* jfolder::create: not create directory
* warning! failed move file.

i love solve cause of problem, i've been unable figure out.

so, there way manually (ftp) install components joomla?
