Thread: Ubuntu more unsafe than Open SUSE because of SUDO password policy?

one person claims in blog ubuntu way less secure open suse. because ubuntu's default user account , sudo shares same password, unlike open suse separate default account , sudo passwords. claims ubuntu therefore way less secure compared open suse, because key-logger (for example) malicious software can grab ubuntu machine's default account password , full root access trough sudo.

many people use ubuntu's default account everyday use. workaround security hole in default ubuntu setup not use default account everyday , normal (internet) use, except system installs , updates, , instead create new less privileged account everyday , normal (internet) use.

haven't though actually. scares me bit, , makes me want run open suse. don't know if true , feedback on issue first.

this rubbish. keylogger record root password on suse.
