Cant Use Distiller - OffendingCommand Error [9.3.317 Win]

every document try use distiller following:-

 

%%[ error: undefined; offendingcommand: ðÏ à¡± á ]%%
%%[ flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) ignored ]%%
%%[ warning: postscript error. no pdf file produced. ] %%

 

any clues or pointers?
