i had in irc, positive outcome. want 1 last attempt @ seeing if there's solution. dell studio 15 laptop hdd runs vista failed, booted ubuntu cd knowing should able recover data. however, ubuntu can't find hdd, it's not listed , "fdisk -l" doesn't result in anything. bios seems know hdd there though. ideas? if drive has stopped spinning difficult indeed, 1 of failed drives placing in external enclosure able recover data though drive barely spun. i have severe problems in cs5 set preferences th e way used cs4. not want set ftp information in dreamweaver each site because don't want use dremaweaver ftp. if select "enable related files" annoying blinking purple bar @ top asks me set testing server. if disable "enable related files" dreamweaver not show external images anymore , miss little tabs let me select , switch include files. please, please hope missing something...... in preferences, select option enable related files, set option discovering dynamically related files disabled. should emulate way cs4 worked.
